We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:
* Delivery times may be delayed during holidays or sale periods.
* Shipping fees do not include local import duties or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
* We reserve the right to cancel or partially fulfill an order if errors or inaccuracies are identified. A full refund will be issued for any affected items.
* It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are complete, accurate, and entered in English characters.
* We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or for delays that occur after shipment.
* Once dispatched, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you and the shipping carrier.
* If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your parcel, the carrier may dispose of it, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations
* Order changes or cancellations can only be made before processing begins. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
* Approved cancellations will be refunded minus the payment processing fee (up to 6%).

Return and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items. Such items may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
You must submit a request within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you have 5 days to ship the item back to us. Returns shipped outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Return Instructions:
1. Contact us through the Contact page, providing photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. You must provide a tracking number once the return has been shipped. If not provided, we will assume the return was not sent.

Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging. Bags must be placed inside their dust bags.
You may reuse the original shipping box or use new packaging. Any product that is returned showing signs of used, damaged, altered or scent; including perfume, will not be accepted and may be held for collection at your own expense. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet these conditions.

U.S. Import Notice
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, customers may be required to pay approximately 46% in import taxes and duties, which must be paid to the carrier upon delivery. Please review this before confirming your order.
If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your parcel, the carrier may return or dispose of the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
