    We offer two shipping options:

    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

  • No. Shipping fees do not include local import duties, taxes, or handling charges. These costs vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, or for delays that occur after shipment. Once dispatched, ownership and responsibility transfer to you and the shipping carrier.

  • If customs fees are not paid or a parcel is unclaimed, the carrier may return or dispose of the package. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Order changes or cancellations can only be made before processing begins. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges except for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

    Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

    Once approved, you must ship the item back within 5 days and provide a tracking number.

  • Returned items must be in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

    • Bags must be returned inside their dust bags.
    • You may reuse the original box or use new protective packaging.
    • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or scent (including perfume) will not be accepted and may be held for collection at your expense.

  • Due to recent regulatory changes, U.S. customers may be required to pay approximately 46% in import taxes and duties, payable to the carrier upon delivery.


    If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your parcel, the carrier may return or dispose of the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
